Program Description:
Study abroad in one of the most beautiful countries in the Mediterranean, the island of Cyprus, an important center of finance, international relations, and research, and the sunniest country in Europe, with over 300 days of sunshine annually!

Setting Description:
This Summer in the Mediterranean: Early Christianity program traces the footsteps of the Apostles as they advanced Christianity westward through Cyprus, Greece and Italy. Outside the classroom, students have visited monasteries in the mountains of Cyprus, the cave where the Apocalypse was written and the Vatican. In addition to exploring Cyprus's rich historical heritage, you will take a multi-day cruise through the Aegean islands of Greece, with their rich ecclesiastical history, and visit Athens and Rome.
