We are a Bottega d'Arte based in Florence city center. We offer you several Art Courses both long ang short term. If you are visiting or studing in Florence and you need a space for practising your own Art, or wish to learn and create Italian & Florentine Arts & Crafts, come and visit us: you'll find Studio space and expert Teachers (Maestri). You can choose among one day Art workshops, short & intensive courses. private & personalized courses. We also offer Open Studio Access and give you the opportunity to use our studio space, materials & tools for affordable prices. We offer a wide choice of different courses: Sculpture and clay modelling, Fresco Painting, Colours making and supports preparation with ancient Techniques, Ceramic and Pottery, Miniature Painting, Oil Painting, Anatomy drawing, Ancient Florentin coat of arms making, Ceramic & Majolica deocoration, Paper Marbling, Tavola Fiorentina decoration, FIMO Jewelry making, Tin Jewelry making, Multi material Jewelry making, Glass Painting, Restoration, and moore courses will be available soon. We'll let you find all/the most materials you need in Bottega, and at the end of the workshop/course you'll take away with you your Art work. Courses can be in Italian and English: our Maestro & assistant will be able to speak both languages at the time. It's a great opportunity for learning more about Italian culture and art, and live it on your skin.

Learning, practising, making Art guided by expert Florentine Maestri. If you are already an Artist you could use our Studio Space and equipment to create your own Art.

-One Day Workshop One day Workshop that last three hours (total of 3 hours) We'll give you all the basic materials and at the end of the workshop you’ll take away with you what you made. -Short courses There will be two lessons of three hours each (total of 6 hours) We'll give you all the basic materials and at the end of the workshop you’ll take away with you what you made. -Intensive Courses Made of four lessons of three hours each (total of 12 hours) We'll give you all the basic materials and at the end of the workshop you’ll take away with you what you made.

Setting Description:

All the courses are located in Florence city center, in a storical old Bottega. The Studio space is original and rich of history: for many years it has been a Bottega where Armido Poli was selling colours and giving advices to various artists. In the beginning our Studio, here in Italy called Bottega, was founded by Armido Poli in 1919. He studied at Defidoff Institute and bacame an expert with great knowledge about colours and chemistry. During the decades the Company produced varnish, paints, oil and water colours, becoming an important stop for florentine artists, artisans and craftsmen. Armido Poli was really passionate about his job and always kept looking for raw materials, chemistry products, pigments and colours, tools and equipment for restauration, ceramic, painting and decoration. Artists, sculptors, artisans coming from all around the world found in Bottega the raw materials they needed, made products ready to be used, but also and expecilly they found suggestion and adv

Cost:

-One Day Workshop One day Workshop that last three hours. Price is 45€ each person, and it includes materials and tools. We'll give you all the basic materials and at the end of the workshop you’ll take away with you what you made.
