Program Overview

Program Description:
The BPP University LLM in Commercial Law is designed for law graduates and qualified lawyers. The core Commercial Law module focuses on the more relevant practical legal issues confronting those engaged in practice areas across a wide spectrum of commercial law including contract law, agency, sales of goods, and security. Practising commercial lawyers are involved in the design and delivery of the course and seminars are based on client focused problems often referring to actual documentation. The structure of this LLM allows you to build on this core module by undertaking supervised research and selecting additional modules from a wide variety of pertinent subjects. The programme is taught one year full-time, with the option of three starts in September, January and May.
