The Astrum Hospitality Certificate is a talent development programme which will give you the opportunity to stand out as an exceptional young hotelier. You will benefit from an unparalleled level of support from your own personal coach throughout the programme, and there is a £500 scholarship prize waiting for you if you can achieve a distinction grade.

The Astrum Hospitality Certificate programme can take place in any 4-5 star luxury hotel. If you have not secured an internship yet, we will help you through that process at no extra cost(see our website for more details). Main programme features: • The exclusive Astrum Hospitality Certificate of talent development: this Certificate is exclusive to Astrum Hospitality and it will be awarded a the end of your internship. This graded Certificate provides hotel managers with clear information about your value as a potential employee, and it can significantly boost your employment prospects if you achieve a good grade. • Monthly evaluations: your performance in 10 key areas of development, such as communications and leadership, will be graded on a monthly basis. • One to one coaching: your own personal coach will support you throughout the programme, offering practical guidance to achieve the best possible grades. Whenever possible, we will also arrange for the hotel to provide you with an in-house mentor to provide you with additional support.
