Program Description:

You can learn Italian way of life as well as cooking recipe. Florence surrounded by nature’s blessing, rolling hills of grapes and wheat field. Mother’s affections, people’s smiles and tasteful food waits for unexpected guests at the dinner table. We are once again reminded that home cooking gives a place where friends and loved ones can give a blessing of life to each other. Home cooking doesn’t drive from state-of-art restaurant kitchens but is borne from regular kitchens from regular home.

Every lesson teaches 4-5 recipes, 16-20 recipes in 1-week! You will enjoy a true culinary experience and exquisite taste in Tuscany! Learn from culinary experts whom Florentine gourmet buffs trust! The lessons will be full of useful tips for arranging the recipes, discovering ingredients, and how to enjoy living in Italy! "Home cooking should not be overdone. It has to be something you don’t get tired of, when you eat it everyday. Also it’s importance lies in the fact that it can be prepared easily".

Lessons are taught in an average Florentine kitchen at the instructor's home, aiming to learn in a real life Italian home environment.

Setting Description:

Home of Chianti wine, and rich vegetation: Set in the Heart of Florence, surrounded by vineyards, the Tuscan coastline, and the rolling hills...all of which are natural "refrigerators" to the Tuscan people. Lessons take place in a real life Florentine kitchen of the teacher's home. The maximum number of student is 5, to fit in the normal kitchen.
