- HHS au pair programs provide excellent chances for overseas young people who would like to explore China. Programs are available in 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year durations in major Chinese cities. The au pair program is a cultural and language exchange program which will allow students to have the unique experience of living with a Chinese family. Au pairs receive room, board, and meals with a host family, 750 RMB monthly stipend, airfare reimbursement, Chinese classes, international insurance, and a visa invitation letter. Applicants must be between 17-29 years old, in good health, with no criminal record, and must speak English at a native/fluent level. The cost of this program is 0 dollars.
