Program Description:

IDER University is located in the heart of Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. Mongolia is one of the fastest growing economies in Asia, but still retains its nomadic roots and charm. We offer all in English bachelors in Business with concentration in Accounting, Finance, International Business, Marketing and Business Administration. Our program is internationally accredited, allowing credits and diplomas to transfer easily. Our professors are educated in the US and are highly experienced. Students get to work on case analysis in majority of the classes. Each class is setup in discussion and seminar based model. International business, basics of management, intro to accounting and finance, basics of marketing classes will help you understand the basics of business, while comparative politics, world history, and management information systems classes will help you gain the skills and knowledge to be a global citizen.

Setting Description:

Our foreign students enjoy small class sizes in our all English business program. Average class size is 10-15 students, allowing great student teacher interaction. Just a short ride outside the city students can enjoy the vast steppes of Mongolia, very much unchanged since the time of Ghengis Khan. When not in class students can easily explore the countryside and the city. Ulaanbaatar city is a wonderful mix of new and old, with history around every corner, art galleries, and amazing activities for young people.

Cost:

Tuition is $1800 a year. Living cost estimates at $400 a month (estimate includes meals, apartment and other personal expenses)
