Program Description:
Summer programs are designed for French majors and minors, as well as students with no prior language experience who are interested in France and the Loire Valley. Study French with other US and international students at the international language institute (CIDEF) of the Université Catholique de l'Ouest. Learn French while experiencing the best of the medieval and the modern in this colorful city nestled in the beautiful Loire Valley. Live in a residence hall or with a French family.

Students enroll in intensive French courses with other international students. Students take courses from French faculty who are used to teaching US and international students. AHA offers three intensive language sessions in July (Summer Session I), August (Summer Session II), and September (Summer Session III). These four-week programs provide instruction at beginning, elementary, intermediate, and advanced levels.

AHA Center programs are designed to include many of your on-site expenses. Setting Description:

Explore this university town that is home to more than 40,000 students. Discover the castles and cathedrals throughout the region.
